You've tried this..

🎬 You spent 3 days editing. It got 20 views.

The video was fine. The thumbnail was the problem - and you didn't know it.

🎨 Every week, a new thumbnail. Every week, no idea what'll work.

You open Canva, stare at a blank canvas, throw something together, hope for the best.

🎥 Your videos are good. Nobody's clicking.

Because the thumbnail isn't doing its job - and it's the only thing standing between your work and your audience.

"I don't want tips from YouTube gurus with bro marketing style. I want someone who does this sustainably, as a mum with limited time."

- beta tester of my YouTuber programs

Here's the thing nobody tells you about thumbnails.

Your thumbnail decides whether anyone clicks. Not your title. Not your script. Not your editing. The thumbnail.

I learned this the hard way. For my first 18K subscribers, I was making decent videos with weak thumbnails - and wondering why growth was so slow.

Then I changed one thing: how I designed my thumbnails. Same content. Same niche. Different thumbnails.

That's when I started growing properly. 18K to 70K, with multiple videos over 100k+ views - same style of content, just with thumbnails that actually got clicked.

You don't need a thumbnail designer (I never hired one). You don't need to learn Photoshop. You don't need to start from scratch every Sunday night.

You need a system. And the templates that come with it.

Ok great, but how do you make a thumbnail that works?

I'm about to spill the beans..

That's why I created my

YouTube Thumbnail Templates

The exact templates I created in Canva that I have beeen using on my YouTube channel to get me from 0 to 70k+ subscribers.
Fully customizable and easy to use.

What's inside?

100+ YouTube thumbnail templates

👩‍💻 The thumbnail formula mini-lesson

The exact framework I use to design click-worthy thumbnails. Contrast, faces, text, emotion, curiosity. The 5 elements every high-performing thumbnail has.

🎥 The walkthrough video

Watch me customise a template start to finish in under 10 minutes. Pause, copy, repeat. You'll have your next thumbnail ready before you finish your coffee.

💟 Does it work with Canva free?

Most templates can be used on the free plan, without Canva Pro. If theree are any Pro elements in one thumbnail template but you prefer to stay on the free plan, you can remove any elements and then download the thumbnail for free. Canva pro might be needed for certain features, such as removing the background of your image. I wanted this thumbnail pack to be useful whether you're on the free or paid version of Canva.

Once you give your thumbnails a glow up...

that's when the magic happens

What this would normally cost

💵 Hiring a thumbnail designer (per thumbnail): $50 - $150
💰 A thumbnail strategy course: $97 - $197
😓 100 hours of Canva trial and error: priceless (and painful)

Hi, I'm Madeline

I started my YouTube channel randomly in 2013. I didn’t post much and I had so much fear of what others would think of it.

I loved watching vloggers as a teenager and I always thought of how much I’d love to do that too.

And yep, I felt it all: the fear of failure, the imposter syndrome, the perfectionism, the fear of judgement, of what friends or family will think (even though I didn’t tell anyone in the beginning).

I’m so glad I kept going in spite of this.

I spent years learning all about algorithms, SEO, thumbnails, marketing and everything that actually helps move the needle in a content creator business like this.

Until it finally clicked.

I have since grown my “little” online business to replace my 9-5 income and, yes, that is possible even if you don’t have millions of subscribers.

I’m currently at 70k+ subscribers. On my way to 100k – woohoo!

I am able to do this YouTube thing full time (without the full time hours), and I can be around my kids more. For all the school runs and bedtime cuddles. And that’s what this is all about for me.

If this sounds like something you need help with, I would love to hold your hand through this whole process, so that you don’t feel as overwhelmed as I did years ago.
